FINISHED - Kadiri Neon

So, since on the height chart I won't overdo anyone's outfit -I counted, there'll be 36 characters on it in 3 rows- I'll make small reference pics with how their style is when it's on to the max. Kinda overdoing it, I know. Still, I really enjoy some of these, that's why quite a few characters won't get this extra for a while.

I always wanted to make such a sitting picture, but hell, perspective always got me in the ass, and it never happened.
